We just went to the local Home Depot and ran into a worker named Debby. She was super helpful, high energy, funny and personable. She helped us find what we needed and was awesome to deal with. More people should be like her when dealing with customers!

Excellent! Had a personable and delightful conversation with an employee back near the pest control area at the State College Home Depot location. The other Big Box store where I shop across the street never has employees available or asking, " hey, can I help you? " I will likely give Home Depot more opportunities for my business because my experience was very pleasant and always tends to be. I did see a few large quantity cleaning supply products in the aisle near the front of the store but didn't see any prices. I do need to see prices before I consider buying something, so hopefully they will improve on making prices more clear when there's a huge stack of them. Great job home depot, the store was very clean looking!

One of the best appliance store in state college with best employees. We got a washing machine today and we were helped by Verne. A very nice and equally knowledgeable person. He was very helpful and we appreciated his customer service skills.

Twice in a row we have had delivery issues with Home Depot this past week. Ordered a generator that was supposed to be delivered. Didn't show up two days in a row on days they sent confirmation it would be delivered. Had to call and it was in altoona. After all was said and done we had to pick up the generator that was supposed to be delivered at the State College Home Depot. Then we ordered a mirror. Was supposed to be delivered the 3rd of April. Said it was out for delivery and would arrive soon and never showed. I looked at the tracking and it said canceled due to inclement weather....it was sunny and no rain that day, I was home all day. Still have not received the mirror they are supposed to deliver. Very disappointing when you spend all this money and "free" delivery and it never shows or you end up having to drive to pick it up in the first place. If I wanted to pick it up myself I would have come in store. This is why we shop at Lowes.

I ordered a GB (HD brand) bathroom faucet online at HomeDepot.com and the faucet stem was insufficient length for a standard 1.25" countertop. After calling the number on the faucet literature and then the manufacturer number provided by the first call, all I got was a virtual shrug and told that neither had specs for the faucet and could tell why it would not work. I then took the faucet to the actual physical HD store and 4 HD associates that were standing around could not provide any explanation or suggested resolution either. I was told to simply return it. There is no other explanation other than the incorrect spindle was installed at the factory so the return will just become someone else's problem. I will return it. On Amazon, I see that all the faucets I am looking at have a drawing with the critical dimensions shown. I will just order one on Amazon.
